Pauline SchultzAKD certified category of hand knitter and machine knitter expertise:
AKD Standing Rules Committee Born in England, Pauline learned to knit by having knitting needles thrust into my hands at kindergarten age during annual tonsillitis bouts. From holey teddy bear scarves, she graduated to little lacy things for her sister's babies and then PHD'd in suits and dresses. Due to lack of resources, Pauline's knitting declined when she first came to the states, but picked up when her husband requested vests and sweaters. She successfully completed the TKGA Master Hand and Machine Knitter programs and from there launched her design efforts. Lace is Pauline's preference but she can be persuaded to knit anything.
