Gwen Bortner is a Craft Yarn Council Certified Teacher. Her Seamless Entrelac technique was featured in Threads July 1994 and again in Taunton Press' Great Knits. Gwen's continuing love of fiber and knitting, in particular, is a hallmark in her life. Her math background makes designing and writing patterns a natural extension of this love. In the summer of 2001, Gwen gave up her executive career and with her long time knitting friend, Beverly Jensen, founded Knitability, LLC . In the fall of that same year, her website was opened for business.
