Chris has been designing for hand knitters since 2002 and has been published by XRX, Inc., Accord Publishing, and Leisure Arts, as well as providing pattern support and yarn promotion for Kraemer Yarns. Chris also self-publishes individual patterns for hand knitters, under the business name Knitting At KNoon Designs, established in 2003. Shape, drape, and line are the main elements of her designs, which are mostly classic silhouettes coupled with an unusual trim detail or a bit of whimsy. Her ever-present sense of humor make these simple designs fun to knit.
